What we collect
When you send a written or voice note, we collect the reply email you provide and the note itself. A voice submission can also include its recording, duration, file details, and an optional transcript. We use limited technical information to protect the forms from abuse and operate the service.
How we use it
We use this information to receive your inquiry, notify Terry Advisors, reply to you, keep the inquiry system secure, and troubleshoot delivery. We do not sell submitted information or use it for advertising profiles.
Where it is processed
The website and private files are operated through Vercel. Inquiry records are stored in Neon, delivered to a private Notion inbox, and email notifications are sent through Resend. Google Analytics processes website usage information to help us understand site performance. These providers process information only to deliver, protect, and improve the website and inquiry workflow.
Retention
A submitted voice recording is automatically deleted 30 days after upload. The reply email, written note, optional transcript, and inquiry record may be kept longer so Terry Advisors can respond and maintain the relationship. You may ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and interactions. It may use cookies or similar technologies and process information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser details, and referral source. We do not use this information to build advertising profiles or sell it. Essential hosting and security systems may also process request data needed to serve and protect the site.
Questions or deletion requests
Email dee@terryadvisors.com and include the reply email used for the submission so we can identify it.
